Step 1 - Sign into Creative Cloud
- Go to https://www.adobe.com/au
- In the top, right-hand corner click 'Sign In'.
3. Sign in using your MQ student email
4. If prompted, select 'Company or School Account'
5. Sign in to MQ Okta dual-factor authentication using your student OneID
6. When prompted, select 'MACQUARIE UNIVERSITY ARTS'
Step 2 - Download the Client
1. Under 'Creative Cloud Apps' download the Adobe Creative Cloud Client
2. Run the Creative Cloud install wizard to install the client onto your PC
3. Once the Creative Cloud client is installed you can install any of the Adobe programs you wish
If Installation or licensing does not work
Try these steps if you cannot install apps or they show as trials/expired.

Check your account and profile

Ensure you are completely logged out of any personal/school Adobe accounts in your browser and in the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Sign back in using your MQ student email and select MACQUARIE UNIVERSITY ARTS as the profile.

Use Adobe Express to reach the Apps page

Go to Adobe Express in your browser and sign in with your MQ student email.

Once in Adobe Express, click “Adobe Home” at the top of the page to open the main Adobe dashboard.

In the left-hand panel, click “Apps”.

From there, you should see options to install the full desktop applications (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, etc.).

Confirm you have followed all steps exactly, especially logging out of old accounts and using your MQ student email.
